The hotel is in a great location for beachgoers, it's close to the water and sandy beaches. the airconditioning in the room and the comfortable beds made for a pleasant stay. the reception staff had a good attitude.

The overall experience was disappointing. the cleanliness of the rooms was below average, with mold and bed-bugs being common issues.

I had a fantastic experience at Great Hotel & Spa in Golem. The cleanliness was perfect, and I didn't encounter any issues with bugs or mold. The room was well-maintained, and the bed was comfortable. The hotel staff was cute and provided excellent service. The location was perfect, with the beach just a short walk away. Great location close to the beach and fine sandy shore. The sea sight is fantastic. The air conditioner in the room kept us fresh during the hot nights.

Service attitude off, as staff does not speak English fluently, except a few people. Cleanliness is poor, and the room was not in good repair.

The hotel had a nice beach view from the balcony, and the bed was comfortable to sleep on. the location was good, being only a few minutes walk from many restaurants and shops.

The room was not properly cleaned and there were no toiletries available. the shower was broken and there was a lack of hot water.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The best aspects were thevery comfy and tidy rooms, close proximity to the beach, friendly and supportive staff, and delicious breakfast.

Hard to think of anything negative - everything was great!

We had a luxurious stay at this hotel as it fulfilled all our exclusive amenities needs. the Spa & wellness centre, indoor swimming pool, sauna, swimming pool, and Jacuzzi were all top-notch. Beach access was easy and we enjoyed the entertainment provided. Beach umbrellas were plentiful and the beachfront location was perfect.

The only minor issue we encountered was a lack of service at times.
